“Vulnerability is the core, the heart, the center of meaningful human experiences.” — Brené Brown
Ashley Kwaiser is a mental health professional who provides evidence-based, compassionate therapy for adults, couples, families, children, and adolescents. She supports clients in improving emotional well-being, strengthening relationships, and navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and balance.
She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida and has specialized training in trauma-informed care, family systems, addiction and recovery, and evidence-based clinical interventions. Ashley integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship distress, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions.
Ashley’s clinical approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in attachment and systems perspectives. She works to create a safe, structured, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, understood, and actively engaged in the change process. She believes effective therapy occurs through a combination of insight, emotional processing, and practical skill development, and she partners with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication, and build sustainable change.
Ashley is married and the mother of six children. Her personal experience within family systems, combined with her clinical training, informs her integrative, relational approach to working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan.
